Payment Modes
1) TheLacquerHouse accepts payment through various modes:
- DBS/POSB ATM bank transfer
- DBS/ POSB internet bank transfer
- COD (for purchases of 5 bottles and above only
- Paypal (there will be an additional charge 6% (PayPal Transaction fees) of your total purchase amount, chargable by Paypal
2) TheLacquerHouse requests that you’ll send us an notification email when payment has been made, with the following information:
Payment Date and Time
Reference Number (for ATM bank transfer)
Payee Nickname (for Internet bank transfer)
3) Prices on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
4) Prices are non-negotiable.
5) All orders made are non refundable and no cancellation will be
entertained after payment is made.
Delivery Modes
TheLacquerHouse will only arrange for delivery on every Saturday and the payment cut off date is on Friday. Hence if you pay on Saturday, you shipment will be mailed on the next Saturday. Girlosophy makes use of SingPost Postage Services to deliver your order.
1) SingPost Local Registered Mail Postage - Registered Mail provides a safer means to ensure delivery of your product, as you have to acknowledge receipt of the registered mail.
2) SingPost Local Standard Postage - Local Standard Mail does not warranty as guarantee delivery. In the event of lost mail or undelivered mail, SingPost and TheLacquerHouse shall not be liable for it.
Meet up locations are available at: Bedok/Eunos, Yew Tee/CCK or Town Time and exact location can be arranged through email.
Postage Costs
1) Normal mail delivery is free.
2) Registered mail will cost an additional $2.50 and is highly recommended.
